Would you like to learn more about the unique marine life that can be found underwater in Cape Town? In the PADI Underwater Naturalist course you not only learn more about the most common aquatic life in Cape Town’s 2 Oceans but also we look at how to interact responsible and safely with them.
You will be amazed how much you will learn in 2 ocean dives and some informal lectures. We will also try to dispel the many myths and misperceptions about potentially dangerous aquatic life. (The only man-eating shark ever featured only in the Jaws movie).
Our courses run from our Kommetjie dive shop. The Kommetjie shop in very close to all popular dive sites both on the Atlantic Ocean and False Bay which makes it perfect positioned for Scuba Courses in Cape Town.
We also offer transport from our Long Street shop and all Hotels, B&B's and Backpackers in Cape Town (center).
We can start PADI Specialty courses 7 days a week. You have to book at least 1 day in advance (longer in advance is ok). Exact schedules we discuss with you personally as it depends on the boat dives, weather and your own schedule.
We meet at the Kommetjie shop at 09.00am or 08.00am at the Long Street shop for people who require transport. We confirm all times the day before the activity.
